Here is Terry Troyer back for another season in Vail aerifying the 16th green today. The turf on this green was weak upon removing the snow from the surface. Opening up some holes and removing thatch will allow the green to "breathe". We will be covering the green with a breathable tarp to promote soil temperatures and growth.Once the green is dry and growth begins we will incorporate sand topdressing and seed.
